The latest...

Two teams in the loser's bracket forced winner-take-all championship games tonight.

Louisville beat Missouri 4-3 to force a deciding game tomorrow in Columbia. With the game tied 2-2 in the 8th, substitute Chris Pelaez hit a two-run shot to give the Cardinals the lead for good. Missouri's Jacob Priday hit a solo shot to lead off the bottom fo the ninth, and the Tigers put the tying run on second with one out, but couldn't push him across.

Host and #1 Texas A&M knocked off Louisiana 4-1 to force a deciding game in College Station.

Another team has advanced to the supers, and another national seed has been knocked out. Oklahoma St. held off Arkansas' late comeback attempts to knock off the #7 national seed in their house by a score of 7-6 to win the Fayetteville Regional. It's the first time the Cowboys have been to the supers since 1999, when they went to Omaha.

Four down, twelve to go.
